Our Salon
We are a small locally owned and operated business that strives to make your pet comfortable and happy, we strive to have a stress-free environment and do whatever we can to make your pet comfortable and relaxed with the grooming and bathing process. We take pride in being two groomer and one bather salon, which helps us to be able to focus on your pet without distraction from other pets, people, or noise. Each and every pet will be bathed in premium shampoo and conditioner, get a hydro massage with the bath, and have a nice warm towel waiting for them. After the bath, they will receive a deep tissue massage along with a hand fluff. We take pride in each and every pet grooming that comes out of our spa and strive to give owners the best haircuts and baths that their pet has ever had.

Policies

We have the right to refuse service to anyone, If we feel this isn't the right environment for your pet or the grooming is unsafe for any reason, we will refuse service and refer you to your veterinarian for grooming services.

We require that your dog or cat is vaccinated to ensure the safety of other pets and for the safety of our employees. If you show up to your appointment without vaccinations you will be re-scheduled and charged a rescheduling fee.

We have a grace period of 48 hours after our services to have your grooming adjusted, if it is after the 48-hour time period we will need to re-bathe your pet for a bath price to be able to adjust the grooming​

We have a 24-hour cancelation policy, after the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment before you are able to re-schedule with us again.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will either add 15% to the bill if we have time to take your pet, or we will re-schedule for the full price of your appointment. We are a very busy spa and we schedule to accommodate everyone.

We have a $25 kennel fee within the first hour of closing, after 30 minutes of that first hour there will be an additional $25 every 30 minutes until the pet is picked up.

All new cat appointments will require a pre-meeting before booking regular grooming to determine temperament for grooming service, this will be a $20 charge and will count towards the appointment if we are able to groom your cat.

If you don't call or show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, if this happens more than once you must make a deposit of the full amount of your appointment and leave a card on file with us to get back on the schedule again non-refundable.

We will not do any sort of de-matting, this is very uncomfortable for your pet and requires a fresh start, we will have to groom under the mats to be able to make your pet comfortable again. They will also be bathed in a soothing shampoo and conditioner to help soothe the skin from the mats pulling. Any skin conditions caused by the matting will be reported to the owner immediately so they can seek treatment for their pet. We are happy to go over proper grooming techniques and offer standing appointments to keep your pet happy and healthy.
